Feel Stuck?

Let’s get you growing again.

If depression, anxiety, ADHD, or stress are getting in your way,
I can help you get back on track with science-based strategies.

Why am I not Growing?

We all have NEEDS. When our most critical needs like good food, deep sleep, and loving relationships are deficient, we become vulnerable to harm. When that vulnerability meets an overwhelming stressor, our mental health declines.

Like a flower in bad soil and bad weather, we WITHER. But if we clean up after the storm and amend the soil, in time we can grow again, we can bloom, we can FLOURISH. I'm here to help you do just that!

Our Services

  • Medication-Free Protocols

Not everyone responds well to psychiatric medications. No worries! Science has an answer. There are lots of things we can do to help your brain and body feel better.

  • Structures for ADHD Brains

ADHD brains aren't great at time management, planning, and organization. So build a second brain for all that. With external structures for the hard stuff, you'll discover how neurodivergence really is your superpower!

  • Humanistic talk therapy

Wouldn't it be nice to talk to someone who sees the humanness in you and is focused entirely on your goals and your challenges? Wouldn't it be nice to be heard? Would it be so bad to just say what needs to be said?

Grow Forward IS NEUROAFFIRMATIVE

At Grow Forward, we take a neuroaffirmative approach, recognizing that neurodivergent ways of being—like ADHD and autism—are natural variations of human experience, not disorders to be “fixed.” This stands in contrast to the traditional medical or deficit model, which often views these differences as problems to diagnose and treat. Instead, we focus on celebrating your strengths and respecting your challenges, working together to create a supportive, flexible therapy space that honors how your brain works. We also use identity-first language (like “autistic person” rather than “person with autism”), acknowledging that neurodivergence is a core part of who you are—not something separate from your identity. Here, you're not just accepted—you’re seen, valued, and supported as your whole self.
